The property offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful landscape and a meadow with olive trees. You can start the day with a morning swim in the pool and continue it after breakfast, with various games on the large fenced lawn next to the villa.

For lazy days, there is a relaxing jacuzzi, from which you can watch your children playing in the pool or on the playground.

Spend warm evenings on the delightful apartment terrace, where you can prepare a delicious dinner on your own grill, which you can also enjoy by the pool. The firewood for preparing the fire for the barbecue is already ready for you. In the nearby area, you can find endless paths for walking pets, in pairs or alone. The sea is 4 km away, which is just right for a romantic evening walk along the coast at sunset.

For gourmets and those who like to treat themselves to freshly prepared food, there are many good restaurants nearby. On the days dedicated to recreation, you can go to the aquapark, for adrenaline seekers there is an adrenaline park. For sport enthusiasts, there are running and cycling trails nearby, while beach lovers can choose from pebble, sandy and concrete beaches. In Villa Sotlar we find two luxurious apartments – Hana on the ground floor and Nace on the first floor.

Apartment Hana is located on the ground floor of the villa. Two bedrooms with double beds and white satin-damast bedclothes, offer an excellent sleep to even the most demanding guests. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a spacious bathtub. Towels are provided in the villa. The living room is very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the garden with olive trees, jacuzzi and swimming pool. If necessary, we can arrange an extra bed here.

Staying with us is pleasant in all seasons – in winter by the warm fire of the indoor fireplace, on hot days the air conditioning ensures the right temperature. The fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook like at home, continues into the dining room. The kitchen is also equipped with an oven. You are still in contact with your family or friends while preparing the meal, as the kitchen boasts an exit to a beautiful covered terrace. On the terrace you will find a table and comfortable chairs. There you will be able to enjoy the preparation of culinary delights and also prepare dishes on the grill. There are no stairs on the ground floor and the Hana suite is easily accessible by wheelchair or stroller. We recommend it for a stay of 4-5 people.

The Nace suite is located on the first floor. A beautifully decorated staircase leads there. Two bedrooms with double beds and white satin-damast bedclothes, offer an excellent sleep to even the most demanding guests. The bathroom is fully equipped and has an overhead shower (tropical rain). Towels are provided in the villa. The living room is very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the garden with olive trees, jacuzzi and swimming pool. If necessary, we can arrange an extra bed here. A particularly magnificent feeling is created by the extremely high ceiling in the rooms.
